Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu
  • Our coordinators will be at the airport to pick you up and assist you in your hotel check-ins. Participants briefed in a short introduction about our trip to Mount Everest Base Camp.
Day 2 - Fly to Lukla – Trek to Phakding 2650 meter–around 3 hours trek.
  • Lunch will be at Phakding. Early in the morning, you have to wake up for the flight to Lukla via twin otter. You can see panoramic Mountain View by aircraft. Within 25‐30 minutes we will land in Lukla, where we can meet our Sherpa staffs and Yaks for baggage. After having breakfast and preparing all gear and crews ready, treks start towards Phakding.
  • It is a short easy and gentle Trek starting from the north end of Lukla. Steeply down and runs above the village of Chaurikharka, where you can see the school founded by Sir Edmund Hillary. Within 45 minutes from Lukla, you will be in Cheplung Village. From Cheplung you can see the roaring Dudhkoshi River. Trial slightly descends, cross the suspension bridge; see the beautiful view of Kusumkangru (6367m). After a short climb, the trail enters the mani walls, and Chortens craved with Tibetan mantras, praying wheels and praying flags. Finally, the path leads you to Phakding village with numerous lodes lined along the street.

  • Woollen Thermals or inners, Cotton Shirts, Slacks, Cotton Pants, Woollen sweaters or Jackets, Gloves, Sun Cap, Shoes, Socks, Enamelled or Steel Mug/tumbler, Plate, Spoon, Water purifying tablets, Pen knife, Needle, Thread, Spare buttons, Goggles, Cold Cream / Vaseline, Soap, Toilet Paper, Towel, medicines which you normally use at home, Camera and Sunscreen SPF 40 or above as recommended by your doctor.



  • Accommodation in Kathmandu for 2 nights in Hostel on Multiple sharing basis (Mixed)
  • Accommodation during Trek for 11 nights in Teahouses on Twin sharing basis (Mixed)
  • Domestic flights (Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu). Domestic Airport transfer (for Lukla Flights)
  • 1 English Speaking Trekking Guide for all groups. 1 Assistant Guide for group size above 6 pax.
  • Porters to carry 10Kg maximum per person on the trek (Porter: Trekker = 1:3)
  • Sagarmatha National Park Fee
  • All permits, applicable local taxes required for itinerary and as per Nepali regulations at the time of the trek
  • Wages, Accommodation, Food, Insurance of trekking guides and porters
  • Adventure Travel Insurance with emergency Medical helicopter assistance and evacuation
  • Medical oxygen if needed for emergency purpose

  • Personal expenses of any nature, personal tips to guides & porters, alcoholic beverages, cold drinks, mineral water/boiled water and hot showers during the trek.
  • Meals in Kathmandu and on the Trek

  • Any transportation needs outside of the itinerary inclusions.
  • Any sightseeing outside of the itinerary inclusions

  • Any Unforeseen Expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions, International or domestic flight delays/cancellations, political disturbance, natural disaster, deviation in programs and any other circumstances beyond our control
  • Any extra night costs for rooms in case of domestic flight delays in both Lukla and Kathmandu
  • Any filming permits of any kind. This includes any type of drone. The fee for drones is at $16,000 and permits take 45 days to obtain

Please ensure that you carry specific medication that you are currently consuming (if any).
Consult your physician for general tips on high altitude travel.
Consumption of water should be minimum of 3 to 3.5 liters per day.
