Join for a Star Gazing & Camping Weekend at the beautiful Anjanvel Farm near Pawana Lake. We will have an informative session on the basics of astronomy and star gazing and we will watch the sky through the night to see different stars, planets, constellations and galaxies which emerge or are visible at different times during the night. Apart from star gazing we also have a lot of other activities planned for the weekend - Make your own Mango Ice-cream, Farm activities, Bullock Cart Rides and most exciting: staying in tents!

Schedule
Day 1 - Star Gazing & Camping
  • 2:00 PM - Assemble at Mayur Colony
  • 2:15 PM - Depart for Shilimb village
  • 3:30 PM - Arrive at the farm. Tea & Snacks
  • 4:15 PM - Head to the nearby lake and temple.
  • Chance to swim in the water and also explore the temple premises.
  • 6:30 PM - Back to the farm. Freshen up.
  • 7:30 PM - Dinner
  • 8:30 PM - Star Gazing Session
Day 2 - Depart for Pune
  • 8:30 AM - Breakfast followed by some leisure time at the farm.
  • We can hike up a nearby hill which has beautiful views of the Tung & Tikona Forts and Pavana Lake.
  • 11:00 AM - Depart for Pune
