Asherigad is Located in Palghar region along Mumbai-Ahmedbad highway. This fort stands tall next to Adsul on the other side of highway. Built by Raja Bhoj in 13th century. This fort has changed hands to Bhimdev (also known as Bimba)
Located in Palghar region along Mumbai-Ahmedbad highway. This fort stands tall next to Adsul on the other side of highway. Built by Raja Bhoj in 13th century. This fort has changed hands to Bhimdev III (also known as Bimba), and then was under Portuguese occupation when they held Vasai region. Chimaji Appa younger brother of Bajirao Peshwa later won it in the Battle of Vasai on 17th January 1739. At entrance of the fort, there is rock sculpture of a crown and shield. Lotus pond and Caves are on top of fort. Fort climb is medium grade.

Things To Carry
- Lunch / Dinner as per schedule.
- Water Bottle (2 Liters Compulsory)
- Electral Powder / Energy bars / Dry Snacks (dry fruits. biscuits, plum cakes etc).
- Good grip quality trekking shoes – Must (Please check soles of your shoes and get them stitched if necessary).
- Personal Medication / First Aid kit
- Toiletries (Napkin, facewash, tissue paper etc.).
- Cap, goggles, sunscreen, moisturizer, mosquito repellent etc. (as per season)
- Proper Backpack to carry all these things (No handbags, duffle bag or jholas)
- Camera (Optional)
- Rainwear (Jacket / Ponchos ) or Winter wear (Jackets, warmers or sweaters) – (as per season).
- Carry your own glass, bowl, spoon and plate (if necessary)
- Extra Pair of Clothes (as per schedule)
- Sleeping bag / mat / bedsheet (as per schedule)
- Slippers (optional – at the end of day / trek so that your feet can relax).

Terms & Conditions
Alcohol and smoking is strictly disallowed on treks. If found, trekking under influence of drugs or drinks you’ll be barred from the trek. And our responsibility ceases with you.
Littering is strictly not allowed on treks. Do not leave empty plastic bottles, biscuit or chocolate wrappers behind.
We have to carry our own garbage/leftovers back to the city.
Wear proper loose fitting clothes no jeans pants allowed. Try and wear full sleeve top and long bottoms or pants.
Will spare you from mosquitoes, insect bites or thorny bushes (your choice).
Talk to the native villagers gently and give respect to them. Cause we are their guests.
Do not carry lots of cash, gold or any valuables. We are not responsible for the loss.
