|Things to Carry||Mandatory : Dish, glass, two bowls, comfortable Ruck sack, trekking shoes, torch with extra cells, extra polythene bag for your garbage. Also bring sleeping bag, carry mat, spoon, track pant, full T-shirt, spare clothes, cap/hat, sunscreen lotion, sun glasses, personal medical kit, cold cream, extra clothing, slippers, knife, snacks, fruits, towel.|
|Itinerary||27th March: (Friday)
Leave Mumbai by private vehicle at 8:30 pm
28th March: (Saturday)
02:00 hrs: Reach the base location, Shirole Village, in the booked vehicle. Have a sleep.
06:00 hrs - Good morning. Get freshen up.
07:00 hrs - Breakfast time.
08:30 hrs - Start to the rafting point.
09:00 hrs - Rafting starts, after the necessary instructions are over.
12:00 hrs - Rafting ends, starts back to the base village for Lunch.
13:00 hrs - Get freshen up, and have lunch here. After that, catch up some sleep, and have rest.
15:00 hrs - Start to the Kulang Gad base, in the booked vehicle.
17:00 hrs - Reach to the base of the Kulag Gad.
18:00 - collect pack dinner & start trekking up with torch lights.
22:00 hrs: - Reach to the top of the mighty Kulang Gad.
22:15 hrs - Dinner time.
23:00 hrs - Prepare for night stay, under the stars, and catch on some sleep.
29th March: (Sunday)
06:00 hrs: Good morning. Get freshen up.
07:00 hrs: Breakfast. Start exploring the Kulang Gad, capture the scenery in your cameras.
09:00 hrs: Start trekking down to the base.
12:00 hrs: Reach at the base. Have lunch.
14:00 hrs: Start for return journey in booked vehicle.
18:30 hrs: Reach Mumbai

Please note that this area is under the jurisdiction of Govt of Maharashtra, Forest Department and you are bound to it's rules and regulations
Leaving your garbage (empty bisleri bottles also) in jungle is not allowed.
Disposable materials like Styrofoam or paper dish, glass, bowl are not allowed.
Everyone has to follow the instructions of Camp In-charge & instructors
No shortcut in the trek.

Vaitarana is a river north of the city of Mumbai, located near Kasara. It is near the border with Gujarat state. Vaitarna supplies Mumbai's drinking water. Rafting is recently started over here, for the length of 10 kms. It includes 11-12 rapids, & the water is controlled by a dam. Kulangad is a fort in Nashik district, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the three forts, the others being Madangad and Alang, in the Kalsubai range of the Western Ghats. Alang, Madan and Kulang, the forts situated in Kalasubai range, are the most difficult forts in Nasik District.
