10.00 – Departure
1. Upper body - Full sleeve/ Half Sleeve breathable material sports shirt.
2. Lower body - Sports pants/shorts. The lower garment should not be too loose. At the same time, it should not be too tight to restrict leg movement.
3. Hand Towel - Hand towels are necessary as you will be sweating a lot, (which you will love )
4. Shoes - Sports shoes (preferably training shoes)
5. Please keep an extra pair of complete body clothing.
|Instructions & Guidelines||Participants are requested to bring their own Yoga mats/ Rubber Mats. Yoga Mats will be provided at the venue at an additional cost, for which you will have to book them in advance.|
