The Indian portion of Ladakh is composed of the Leh and Kargil districts. The Leh district is the largest district of India, covering more than half the area of Jammu and Kashmir, of which it is the eastern part.

Itinerary DAY 01: ARIVE SRINAGAR:-
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport you will met our representative and transfer to Houseboat. Day at leisure for independent activities. OPTIONAL - One can also enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the lake. It is one of the most soothing & relaxing aspects of a holiday in Kashmir popular with tourists from all parts of the world.

Post breakfast we take a sightseeing tour of Srinagar (Lake City) visiting Shankaracharya Temple ,Mughal Gardens(Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh),Pari Mehal ,Dal Gate (Dal Lake) and Chesh Me Shai.Overnight stay at the Houseboat.

Mornings proceed for a picturesque drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Gold) – It was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. Prior to that, Mughal emperors vacationed in the Gulmarg valley which is about 03 kms long and up-to 01 km wide. OPTIONAL - One can enjoy Gondola ride or Horse ride at Gulmarg. Afternoon drive back from Gulmarg to Srinagar and overnight stay at houseboat

Post breakfast we drive to Leh via Son Marg, One of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar.Upon arrival to Drass(2nd coldest place of the world)Hear one can visit Kargil war memorial.Tolo Ling and Tiger Hill and the proceed towards Kargil.Upon arrival in Kargil we check in at our Camp for overnight stay.

Post breakfast we drive to Leh enroot visiting Lamayuru, Belongs to Drigung Kargyu sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The oldest structure in Lamayuru is the Singey Lhakhang built by the founder of Alchi Lotsava Rinchen Zangpo in 11th century. After visiting Lamayuru we proceed further to Leh enroot visiting Sangam(Confluence of Indus & Zanskar river, Magnetic hill(Defines gravity) Upon arrival in Leh you will met by our representative and check in at our hotel for overnight stay.

Post Breakfast we proceed for Indus Valley Monastery tour including Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, Thiksey monastery,an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village,Hemis monastery & Stok Palace. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 07: LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY (126 Km / APRX. 05 Hrs):-
After an early breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass (the highest motor able road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or valley of flowers. It is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Visit Sumoor, another pretty village on the other side of the river. Upon arrival to Summur we will check in at our Camp and later we will visit Samstan Ling Monastery or Gonpa is one of the 15 big monasteries of Ladakh founded by Lama Tsultim Nima who also founded the Rizong Monastery and Panamik Hot spring. Overnight at Camp.

After your breakfast we will get in to the pretty village of Turtuk.This small village of Nubra Valley which was recently open for tourist visit and got a new name called Hidden Heaven on Earth. Because of its low altitude it has a breath taking green landscape. Turtrk was one of the famous port which lies on the route of Silk trade or Silk route trade. It is believed that the local people of Turtuk are mixed races of Russia & Turkey and the culture practice hear is very different as compare to Ladakhi culture because it is believed that during silk route trade many people from Russia & Turkey settled here. After exploring Turtuk we will drive back to Hunder for overnight stay.

After your breakfast, visit the Deskit Monastery situated on a hill overlooking the entire Nubra Valley and have see the biggest Maitreya Buddha’s Statue below the Monastery and later drive to Sand dunes enjoy a camel safari (Optional). Drive back to Leh and afternoon rest and relax or take a walk to the local market. Overnight at hotel.

After an early breakfast we leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. Overnight stay at the camp near lake.

Today after early breakfast we will leave Pangong lake and drive towards Tso Mo RiRi lake via Tsaga La & Chushul.Travelling via Tsa Ga La domestic tourist also have to travel with inner line permit.This day can be the most exciting and memorable tour as today we will see the whole part of Pangong lake which lies in India and the point where the lake turns in to China.Apart from this we will also see the Indo-China border and even Chinese Solider and the Flag meeting point. Today our journey will be of around 8/9 hours so we will reach Tso MoRiRi in the evening.Overnight in Korzok Village.

Post breakfast we check out from the Camp and proceed towards Tsokar Lake, We will see somewhat different life style of Nomads hear as compare to Korzok. After visiting the Tsokar Lake we drive towards Leh enroot Stopping at Tanglangla pass,the second highest motor able pass in the world at 5350 m. Overnight in Hotel.

Today after the breakfast our rafting transportation will pick you from hotel and drive towards Chilling through Indus valley crossing Indus River and reach Chilling. Before you start the rafting our expert guide will tell you about rafting techniques. You will be provided will all equipments like Wet Suite, life jacket, hamlets, paddle. Rafting will be of 29 Km which will be covered in 3 hours. It is a level 3+. After the end you will be transferred to our camp where you will be server hot lunch. After that we will drive back to Leh. Overnight at hotel.

Today after the breakfast we will visit some spots including Shanti Stupa ,Leh Palace and Sankar Gompa and later after the lunch we will visit Leh local market for shopping of some local products for gifts. Overnight in Leh.
